Mercy Mutindwa
Director of Human Resources
Prior to joining º£½ÇÊÓƵ, Mercy Mutindwa worked as an HR leader in varies sectors including health care, social, and educational services. She joined º£½ÇÊÓƵ as the director of human resources in October 2023. In this role, she is responsible for the oversight and implementation of human resources strategic initiatives and the day-to-day oversight of the Human Resources Department. She is also a member of the Residential Life Committee. She is committed to enhancing and enriching employees’ experiences through a holistic approach to employment. In her free time, Mercy likes reading contemporary fiction novels, watching movies, and practicing prana restorative yoga.
