As a current º£½ÇÊÓÆµ parent, Maggie Yuan is a passionate advocate for the power of parent engagement in fostering a vibrant and connected school community. A dedicated parent volunteer, she served as a co-chair of the Parent Annual Fund and team volunteer for the Varsity Baseball team, and participated in programs, such as the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Residential Enrichment (º£½ÇÊÓÆµRE) Program and the Parent-to-Parent Program.

Professionally, Maggie has extensive experience in research, evaluation, and leadership within the fields of youth development and mental health. Maggie is on the Arlington Youth Counseling Center Advisory Board, and has a private practice. Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Doctorate in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has earned a Certificate in Social Impact Management and Leadership from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, in affiliation with Tufts University’s Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life. In recognition of her contributions to the nonprofit sector, she was honored with the Change Maker Award by the Institute for Nonprofit Practice in 2021.

Maggie lives in Arlington, Mass. with her husband, Clifton, and their two sons, Morgan and Cedric ’27.

Tracy Welch is Head of Wealth Advisory for Clarendon Private, a boutique wealth management firm based in Boston. She has more than two decades of experience in financial services and wealth management. She previously worked at Eaton Vance WaterOak Advisors, helping individuals and families achieve their personal investment and planning goals. Prior to joining Eaton Vance, Tracy was a managing director at Credit Suisse in the global markets division, advising many of the firm’s key institutional accounts.

Tracy is a graduate of º£½ÇÊÓÆµ, Dartmouth College, the University of Virginia School of Law, and Harvard Business School. She is a competitive amateur golfer and former captain of the Dartmouth Women’s Golf Team, and she serves as co-chair of Friends of Dartmouth Golf. Tracy and her husband, Steve Adams, live in Winchester, Mass., and have three children, Tory ’23, Mandy ’24, and Bradford Adams. Early in his career, Ethan worked at Audax Group, a private investment firm, and Parthenon Group, a strategy consulting firm. Ethan was a student at º£½ÇÊÓÆµ, graduating in 1994, and then attended Harvard University, receiving an A.B. in 1999 and an MBA in 2005. Ethan is also a trustee of The Meadowbrook School of Weston. Ethan and his wife, Ina Daci, live in Weston, Mass., and are the proud parents of their children, Elle and Pierce ’27. In his free time, Ethan enjoys reading, traveling, and skiing with his family.

He is the founder of Fulcrum Consulting Group, a consulting firm advising private equity and corporate clients in strategic planning and market due diligence. Ashley has over 25 years of experience as a strategy consultant and investment professional. He was previously a principal and managing director at Investor Group Services, a consulting firm; a director at Harbour Group, a private equity firm; a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group; and a process design engineer with Amoco Oil Company. Ashley holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago and BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering from MIT. Ashley is a trustee of Dedham Country Day School, where he also serves as treasurer. Jennifer Pline is an investment executive who spent her 40-year career in the financial services industry. She retired as the head of wealth management at Cambridge Trust Company in 2023, where she was also a member of Cambridge Trust Company’s Management Committee. Her previous experience includes 11 years at Harvard Management Company and 18 years at Standish Mellon Asset Management. Jennifer received an MBA from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College and a B.A. from Boston College. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is an advisor emerita at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham and a Trustee at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and serves on the investment committee at Mass Audubon. Jennifer and her husband, Hans Oettgen, reside in Wellesley, Mass. They have two daughters, Hannah Oettgen ’13 and Charlotte Oettgen ’15.

From 2003 to 2012, he served as special advisor on negotiation to the chief prosecutor at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. He has held positions as adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law School and Northeastern University, and he is a former training co-director of the Harvard Mediation Program. A Canadian, Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a master’s degree from Harvard, focusing on conflict management and alternative dispute resolution through the Harvard Negotiation Program. A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., Karen McAlmon attended º£½ÇÊÓÆµ on an A Better Chance scholarship. She completed her education at Stanford University and Harvard Medical School. After pediatric and newborn medicine training at Boston Children’s Hospital, she became a staff neonatologist at Boston Children’s Hospital and a member of the Harvard Medical School faculty. Her career has included clinical work, basic science research, and administrative and policy work. Karen currently serves as the medical director of the Special Care Nursery at Winchester Hospital and medical director of the Beth Israel Lahey Neonatology Network and works clinically and administratively. She is a past president of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and current chair of the chapter’s Legislative Committee. As an advisor to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, she has served on the state’s Perinatal Committee, Birth Defects Monitoring Program Advisory Committee, Newborn Screening Advisory Committee, and the Task Force on Management of Maternal and Neonatal Substance Exposure. She is a long-term, dedicated volunteer for the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Alumnae/i Association, for which she served as president from 2020 to 2022. Previously she was co-chair of the Alum Community and Equity Committee and helped to imagine, create, and execute º£½ÇÊÓÆµâ€™s Alum and Students of Color Conference. Karen is also a trustee for The Governor’s Academy. She has received leadership training with Boston’s The Partnership program. Karen is married to Kwame Ofori-Asante and has two sons, Alexander and James. They reside in Lynnfield, Mass.

She served as a chief operating officer for over 13 years: as president of Danskin, Inc., chief operating officer of LeRoi Princeton, Inc., and SVP general manager of merchandising for Victoria’s Secret Fragrance, a division of Victoria’s Secret. She currently serves as a director on two corporate boards: Steve Madden, LTD, the publicly traded fashion shoe company; and General American Investors Company, Inc., an NYSE closed-end fund. She recently stepped down after 10 years as president of her Princeton class and served on the board of directors of the Princeton Varsity Club for 15 years. Podie is a member of the U.S. Foreign Policy and Women Advisory Council at the Council on Foreign Relations. She served as a trustee for º£½ÇÊÓÆµ from 2015 to 2021 and has served as a non-trustee member of º£½ÇÊÓÆµâ€™s audit and investment Committees since then. Podie rejoined º£½ÇÊÓÆµ’s Board of Trustees in fall 2023 and serves as co-chair of º£½ÇÊÓÆµâ€™s Strategic Planning Committee. Brendan Largay has been the head of school at Belmont Day School (Belmont, Mass.) since 2016. He has been a member of the board of the Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE) since 2018 and has also served as a trustee of the Elementary School Heads Association (ESHA) since 2019. Brendan also served as a member of º£½ÇÊÓÆµâ€™s Head of School Search Committee in 2021–22.

Brendan earned a B.A. in English and drama at Connecticut College and an M.Ed. degree in educational administration at Boston College, Lynch School of Education. Prior to joining the Belmont Day community, he was head of the middle school at The Meadowbrook School (Weston, Mass.). At Belmont Day, Brendan led the creation of the school’s newest mission and strategic plan. His work to establish a creative and responsive plan for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic was instrumental in successfully supporting the needs of the school’s students, families, and faculty. With a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, he established the school’s first DEI leadership position in 2019.

Steve Kramarsky is a commercial litigator who also advises clients on complex issues arising in the litigation and transactional context, with a particular focus on technology, complex financial instruments, intellectual property, and employment matters. He regularly practices before financial industry arbitral panels and represents clients in related state and federal court actions. Steve also has an active intellectual property practice, and he has written extensively and taught CLE courses on issues of electronic discovery and document management for large organizations in the litigation context. He writes a regular technology law column for the New York Law Journal. Steve was recognized as an elite boutique trailblazer by the National Law Journal in 2019. Before resuming private practice, Steve served as general counsel and senior vice president for applications development of the Gryphon Group LLC, an internet company based in New York City. Steve began his career as a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he worked on antitrust matters, bankruptcy cases, and telecommunications litigation.
